The biggest issue facing all gyms is the retention of members. Twelve Horses developed the Gym Miles programme to be a personal motivator for every gym member.

Each time a member visits the gym and swipes his/her card, the member earns 10 miles. Members can login to their own personal fitness page to check their progress and claim their rewards.

CAPTURING THE DATA: Using our internally developed ‘Data Replication Engine’, the daily records of Gym Visits for all of the Jackie Skelly gyms are automatically synchronised to the Twelve Horses database.

ISSUING REWARDS: When a member has reached a reward level s/he simply clicks to redeem his rewards and an email or SMS is sent with a unique reference number and a scannable bar code allowing member’s to redeem their reward in a number of different outlets.

MESSAGING: Using the Twelve Horses Messaging Platform MessageMaker, automatic SMS messages and emails are sent to the members as they approach and achieve new levels – motivating the member to keep up those trips to the gym!
